KBR zostaje członkiem i udziałowcem globalnej sieci firm audytorskich S.C. International. Orientacja profilu na obsługę klientów zagranicznych oraz konsolidacje grup kapitałowych.
1993
powstaje Korycka, Budziak & Rewidenci (KBR) – do dotychczasowych Partnerów Marii Koryckiej i Tomasza Budziaka dołaczają Jan i Krystyna Motławscy. Synteza działalności doradczej, audytorskiej oraz księgowej pozwala na szybki rozwój.
1992
powstaje Pro-Invest Audyt (PIA) – wśród założycieli późniejszy Partner w naszej firmie Ewa Orkwiszewska. PIA staje się jednym z liderów audytów prospektów emisyjnych..
1990
pierwszy rok przełomu w polskiej gospodarce. Tego samego roku Maria Korycka i Tomasz Budziak zakładają spółkę zajmującą się doradztwem gospodarczym. Spółka ta działając na początku okresu transformacji stworzyła podwaliny pod działalność audytorską.
