Our priority is the safety of our clients and reliable financial data allowing efficient business performance.

Our employees are prepared to the use standard accounting programmes offered in the package of services by KBA. They can also work in a programme made available by the client. Due to this, transferring the bookkeeping to KBA does not have to require conversion of data between different programmes and, above all, preserves links with other modules – e.g. warehouse, sales, CRM and HR and payroll modules.

Reporting and communication in English are our standard.

Companies listed on Polish and foreign stock-exchanges directly or through holding companies receive from us reports in the format or standard (e.g. IFRS) necessary for consolidation or publication for investors.

We also carry out ‘rescue missions’ when it is necessary to immediately ‘maintain and resuscitate’ accounting of the client in trouble.

We offer and prefer an electronic circulation of documents and remote access to accounting data.
