Purchase from Bank Pekao S.A. of all shares in Centrum Usług Księgowych sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków. Therefore, KBA expands the portfolio of services in the real estate and financial sector.
As a result of an international merger, SC International merges with Nexia International. It means the establishment of the world network belonging to the Global Top 10 accounting companies according to the International Accounting Bulletin.
Changes in the composition of Partners – Jan and Krystyna Motławscy retire after many years of work. The Company employs more than 40 employees, including expert auditors, tax advisors and certified accountants.
